Recycling Project –

• Meeting last night – minutes handed out
• May need fundraising in case extra funds are needed
• besmart.org (lots of information)
• has a competition for source reduction (how to reduce garbage in the first place) – cash prize
• signs on recycle bins
• need to find out start-up casts, continuing costs
• possible use this as a small business startup type project

Fundraising –

• survey campus, find out how many recycle bins need
• write proposal to SGA
• let people know how it helps – make a case to display to the students
• make a case for the heads of maintenance

• it’s the law

• Bottles

• know costs
• need to send them to Marcus to contact SGA
